Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is 30 days. After the 30 days of purchase, unfortunately it is not possible to request refund or exchange.
In order to return, the product may not have been used and must be in the same conditions as you received it. It should also be in the original packaging.
Various types of goods are exempt from return. Perishable products such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, liquids or flammable gases.
Additional items that cannot be returned:

To make the return, present the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In certain cases, only partial refunds (where applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use*
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened.
* Any product that is not in its original condition, which is damaged or with missing parts, not due to any error on our part.
* Any product that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (where applicable)
Once the return product is received and verified, we will send you an email to notify you that we receive your goods for return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed. We will automatically issue the credit on your credit card or payment method of purchase in a few days.
Late or unreceived refund (where applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
Then contact your bank. Generally, there is a processing time before you post a refund.

Goods on offer (where applicable)
You can only request reimbursement of products with normal price. Unfortunately, it is not possible to request reimbursement of goods on offer.
Exchanges (where applicable)
We only exchange defective or damaged products. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send an email to the [email protected]
If the product was marked as gift during purchase and was shipped directly to you, you receberá um vale presente com o mesmo valor da compra. Você receberá um vale presente pelo correio quando recebermos o produto devolvido.
If the product was not marked as a gift during the purchase, or if the gifted submitted sent the product to himself to deliver it personally, we will send a refund to those who gave the gift. This person will know that you requested the return.

You will be responsible for paying the freight to return the product. We don't refund the freight. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the return freight time may vary.
If you will ship a product above $75, consider hiring a shipping service with tracking or transportation insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the product you ship back.
